What are your shipping procedures in Canada?
SHIPPING IN CANADA
Our regular shipping methods are by Expedited Canada Post
and
Greyhound Bus.
We also can use UPS, Loomis, and other couriers.
Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials must be send by Greyhound
Bus
or by trucking company. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do ship COD. Extra fees apply.

Do you ship to all parts of the world?
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
We ship by Air Mail, but are very restricted on the size.
If parcel is oversized,
we ship by UPS. Brockerage Fees apply - please enquire.
We ARE NOT able to ship COD out of Canada.

What is the fastest shipping method?
This depends on your location in relation to AAA. Canada Post
will
deliver next business days local, 1-3 business days regional,
and
2-7 business days national.
For most parcels, Canada Post is cheaper than Greyhound Bus.
Greyhound Bus is overnight to locations within 600km (depends
on schedules).
Customers further away may take 2-5 days.

What method of payment do you accept?

How do you handle backorders or out of stock items?
BACKORDERS AND OUTOF STOCK ITEMS
You will be called when your backorder arrives. This is to
ensure that you
still need the product. Please re-order your out of stock
items in
approximately 3 to 6 weeks.

What price increases can be expected?
PRICE INCREASES
Increases are difficult to forsee, so your invoice price is
our current price
on that product. We only increase our prices when our suppliers
have an increase.
This is not the same as the US Surcharge.

What is the US Surcharge?
US SURCHARGE
Prices in our catalogue are based on a $1.40 exchange rate
for products
imported from the US. Unfortunately, due to the extreme devaluation
of the
Canadian Dollar, we are reluctantly forced to add a surcharge
to compensate
for the difference. This temporary surcharge fluctuates with
the daily quoted
bank rate and will be eliminated when the rate returns to
$1.40 CDN.
This allows us to offer you the lowest possible prices on
these products.

What is your policy on returns?
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 30 days with prior authorization.
A copy of the invoice must accompany the return. If no invoice
is with return,
credit is subject to 25% restocking fee.
After 30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
All products must be in salable condition and unaltered. NO
RETURNS
on printed matter, videos, chemicals, or paint. We DO NOT
accept any
forms if they have been altered in any way.
Altered means: any changes to the surface, structure, or detail
of the form.
This includes, but is not limited to: sanding, ruffing, nailing,
drilling,
rasping, cutting the wire or rods, sawing, or bonding the
form.
NO RETURNS AFTER 90 DAYS.

Do you make quotes?
QUOTES
We will gladly put a quote together for you. This will help
those of you
who wish to save the COD fee and send us a Money Order or
a Bank Draft.
Please allow us one day to process the order and have the
quote made.
We will hold the order for 10 days so that payment can be
forwarded.
Payments not received within 10 days will be considered cancelled.
